Ref:- Secretary MOHFW’s DO No. Z.28015/182/2021-DMCell dated

Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the DO letter of Secretary MoHFW addressed to Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary (Health) of all States/UTs regarding slight upsurge in COVID-19 cases in a few states like Kerala recently.

It is requested that Railways/PUs may closely coordinate with local State Authorities regarding instructions issued in this matter from time to time.

It is also desired that any incident of new cases may be reported to Boards office.
